CS & CA Ultimate Series

Latham Ultimate Series Standard floor expansion joint covers feature a 33 mm-deep profile and come with either aluminium or stainless-steel cover plates. The system can include an optional VWS water gutter for moisture control. Installers have three mounting choices: set the profile into a pre-formed recess using CA-16 Block-Out Anchors and mechanical fixings, cast the profile directly into fresh concrete with CA-6 Cast-In Anchors, or combine both methods to suit project needs.

Engineered for pedestrian zones in office towers, hotels, lobbies, shopping centres and airports, these joint covers integrate smoothly with concrete topping, terrazzo, tile, timber, vinyl, direct-stick carpet, carpet tiles and epoxy floors. They accommodate movement in six directions, with the exact range determined by the existing structural joint width and the selected cover size, ensuring reliable long-term performance across a wide range of floor finishes.
