What does an uncoupling membrane do?
It separates the tile layer from the substrate so small substrate movements and cracks do not transfer into the tiles, while also helping manage vapour from young screeds.
Can I install underfloor heating with these systems?
Yes. The Prodeso heat system combines an uncoupling membrane with channels that hold heating cable, letting you add floor heating under tiles.
Do the shower systems include waterproofing?
Yes. The shower system range covers waterproof membranes, sealing tapes, drains and pre formed boards so the whole wet area builds up as one tested system.
