The Latham Flat-line Series Resilient Insert 40mm deep floor-to-wall expansion joint covers are available with aluminium and stainless steel cover plates. The cover plate can have either a flat aluminium or stainless steel, recessed for vinyl, or slip resistant abrasive filled insert. This series can carry a water gutter if required. They can be set into a pre-formed recess with CA-6 Block-Out Anchors, in conjunction with mechanical fixings, or cast-into the slab when it is poured, with CA-6 Cast-In Anchors.

The Latham Flat-line Series Resilient Insert floor-to-wall expansion joint covers are designed for normal pedestrian applications, such as office buildings, hotel foyers and hospitals etc. These joint covers can be used in conjunction with many floor finishes, such as tile, timber, concrete, vinyl, adhesive backed carpet tiles and epoxy floors etc. The systems offer various movements in 6 directions. The actual movement available will depend on the physical structural joint width and the installation width for the expansion joint cover.

Joint Covers with resilient inserts have a flush surface when the joint is at its nominal width, however resilient inserts may cause maintenance issue in areas of high traffic or constant movement and are limited to interior applications.
